AppalachAI Studios is a creative AI studio that designs original, game-ready characters, asset packs, and collectible worlds for Roblox, mobile, web, and modern game engines.

Asset Forge turns a structured character description — not a random image prompt — into a full portfolio of reusable products: 2D art, trading cards, 3D models, engine-ready packages, animation, listings, and license documents. The source of truth is always the JSON definition, so the art, model, file names, license, and listing stay connected.

The pipeline is proven. The Squishy Smash collection took 48 original trading-card characters all the way to playable Roblox 3D mesh bodies — JSON → cropped card art → image-to-3D → Roblox upload → an in-game factory that picks each body — while preserving every character’s identity. Asset Forge generalizes that workflow so it can be reused for new characters, new packs, and eventually customer-facing generation.
